I am still infected with Malware after running a scan with Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus.

Please run the 'Malware Detective' tool from within Spyware Doctor with Antivirus. By running Malware Detective, you will be sending us a log file which will contain enough information for our Malware Research Center to diagnose the problem and write a signature to include in Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus's database to remove the malware.

Please complete the following steps to run Malware Detective (licensed users only)

  1. Open Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus and click on Tools, select the Malware Detective Tool and then click Run Tool and Next> to continue.
  2. Tick the box 'I have received a request from support to run the Malware Detective' and click Next> to continue.
  3. Please wait until the Malware Detective Wizard collects the required information from your computer. (this may take several minutes)
    Click Next> to continue.
  4. Enter your name and email address and ticket number in the spaces provided. In the section "Enter Your Question Below", please describe the symptoms of the Malware infection.
